At Kiera Jane Studio, every order is carefully hand-packaged in the studio. Please review the information below for processing and delivery timeframes.
Order Processing Time
In-stock items are processed within 1–3 business days.
Most orders are dispatched the next business day, however we allow up to 3 business days during busy periods as each order is prepared by hand.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Time (UK Only)
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
Orders are shipped via DPD or Royal Mail, depending on size and location.
Estimated delivery time after dispatch:
- 2–5 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or peak periods.
Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces
Custom pieces require additional time.
Creation time: 1–2 weeks
Shipping time: 3–5 business days
We will keep you updated throughout the process.
Shipping Costs
Free standard UK shipping on orders over £100
Shipping costs for orders under £100 are calculated at checkout
International Orders
We do not currently offer standard international shipping.

Delays & Delivery Issues
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery times are the responsibility of the shipping provider.
If your parcel is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier.
