At Kiera Jane Studio, each piece is crafted in limited quantities using deadstock materials. We encourage you to review your order carefully before purchasing.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Your Right to Cancel (UK & EU Customers)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason.
To exercise this right:
- You must notify us within 14 days of delivery.
- You then have a further 14 days to return the item.

Return Conditions
Returned items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging
- Returned within 14 days of cancellation
We reserve the right to reduce the refund if the item shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect it.
Refunds
If you cancel within the legal 14-day period:
You will receive a refund to your original payment method.
We will refund the standard delivery cost paid at checkout.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
We recommend using a tracked service, as returned items remain your responsibility until received.
Exchanges
If you would prefer an exchange or store credit instead of a refund, please let us know when contacting us.
Exchanges are subject to availability.
Sale Items
Sale items can be returned within the legal cancellation period unless marked as final sale.
Custom & Personalised Orders
Custom-made or personalised items are exempt from the 14-day cancellation right and are final sale, unless faulty.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs.
In this case, we will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund, including return shipping costs.
